So, the 2nd set of the cupcakes are now cooling. They smell delicious! The recipe said 12 jumbo cupcakes and they meant it. Nothing extra to taste-test. Scott was very disappointed. :)
Need to do baker hours tomorrow morning. Gotta get up early early to finish the filling and chocolate ganache frosting... Oh how I wish there was extra! I will need to make these again pronto.
Only thing left is to come up with a catchy name for them...
